Mary and I would like to thank you for the effort you put forth in the sale of our home. Selling ones home in such a buyers market can be a lesson in patience. Having you and Connor representing us was one of the best decisions we have made. From the advice you gave us to the timely follow up after each showing, you made us feel as if we were your only listing. Your entire staff were professional and helpful, especially Kevin. It was great to see you and Connor working as a team in selling our home.

I found Monique to always be attentive and receptive to my questions and concerns. Not once did I feel like my opinions were being ignored or put down. She clearly put in a lot of time and effort into doing research for me. She responds quickly to both email and phone calls, and was not afraid to ask advice from other agents in her office on my behalf. I was pleased to feel like I was in control, yet was also being guided at the same time. Scheduling showings was very easy, as she was always willing to work around my schedule.

Now that the closing is done, Ya Hoo!!!, I wanted to thank you for all your hard work and for putting up with us (mostly me). It is difficult when one is used to running things to have to give responsibility completely to some one else. You remained calm under pressure and got the job done in a very difficult environment.
Obviously, I would be be very happy to be a reference for you. If any one I know needs a broker I will be recommending you unconditionally.
I do expect to continue to see you both on the tennis courts. Especially in Rosemary's case, it will be many years before she will not need my services!
